The employees are amazingly attentive and very helpful, helped with baggage. The ambiance is quiet. The rooms are beautifully maintained with comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

Gorgeous, air-conditioned rooms overlooking garden. Great location in Fes El Bali district just next door to the Medina of Fes and Batha and the main market. Also, very close to the gate if you need a taxi to drive somewhere.

Stunning riad with exceptional service, gorgeous rooms, and stunning views.

The manager was very helpful and assisted us with our baggage. The breakfast at Riad Letchina was absolutely delicious and they had a great variety of options available. Our triple room at the riad included amenities such as satellite television, a personal safe, and a comfortable lounge area.

The staff was absolutely kind and superfriendly, offered excellent services. The location was marvellous and incredible, you can visit Batha by walking.

The hotel is set in the center of the busy Medina area, providing easy access to a range of restaurants and sights. , though the hotel isn't situated close to the main tourist area, guests will appreciate the peaceful escape. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service in everything she does. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with Moroccan specialties.

My Christmas stay was unforgettable! The building was beautifully refurbished with a traditional style that made me feel like I traveled back in time. The location was great as it was close to many places of interest that could be explored by walking. The delicious breakfast served by the friendly staff was definitely one of the best aspects of my stay, and the WiFi connection was strong throughout the property. I also loved the view from the roof deck, it was stunning!

The stairs to my room were steep and narrow, which made it challenging to carry my luggage up to the top floor. the nearest entrance to the hotel was quite far, and the walk to get there was quite advenurous.

The staff was great and really made my stay comfortable. They were welcoming and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Medina. It made it easy for me to explore and experience the local culture. I also loved the terrace, it was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view.

There were no clear instructions or information provided on good restaurants in the area. This was a bit disappointing because I ended up getting sick from eating at unsanitary places in the city.
